Catalysts for Propylene Polymerization



The DJD series are high performance catalysts for the production of polypropylene. The catalysts are Ti-Mg based, belonging to Ziegler-Natta 4th generation catalyst. The catalysts are developed and manufactured in China using the state-of-the-art technology.

The DJD catalysts have excellent performance in propylene polymerization. These catalysts are designed for using in the different PP production technologies. They show low sensitivities to impurities or poisons contained in the monomers, and thus offer wide operating windows.


These also give high activity and high stereoregularity. The polymer particles have good morphology and low fines.

Application

ZX-168 is a hydrolytically stable phosphite processing stabilizer as a secondary antioxidant. It reacts during processing with hydroperoxides formed by autoxidation of polymers preventing process induced degradation. ZX-168 reacts with hydroperoxides to yield non-radical products, therefore is called hydroperoxided composer.

ZX-168 can be synergistically combined with other primary antioxidant such as ZX-1010 and ZX-1076 for use in polyolefins or olefin-copolymers such as HDPE, LLDE, PP, EVA as well as PC, PA. The blends can also be used in engineering plastics such as PBT, PER and styrenics, elastomers like PS, ABS BR, SBS and tackifier resins, adhesives. ZX-168 protects polymers which are prone to oxidation during processing steps (compounding, pelletizing, fabrication and cycling) from molecular weight change (e.g. chain scission of PP, crosslinking of PE) and prevents discolouration.

Application

ZX-330 is classified as a high molecular weight phenolic antioxidant, and it can be used in polyolefins, thermo-plastic polymers such as PET and PBT, polyamides, styrene resins and elastomers such as polyurethane, and natural rubber. ZX-330 has good compatibility with resins, high resistance to extraction, low volatility, high antioxidating efficiency and excellent electric insulativity.

It is most used in the field of processing applications of polyolefin (e.g. PP, PE) pipes, injection-molded items, wires and cables. It can also be used in combination with assistant antioxidants such as phosphites, thioesters, benzofuranone, and carbon radical scavengers to exert good synergistic effects. In accordance with the applied resins, processing conditions and applied circumstances demand various long-term stability.

Application

ZX-626 can increases the polymer’s stability in the course of the mix, produce and usage, reduce the degradation of polymer in the process. Under the many applications, it has a high performance. Very low dosage is required for effective resin protection. Compared with other equivalent phosphates, it has a higher phosphorus content. It can be used to improve the light-stability of a polymer. It can also be used as a potentiating agent of benzophenone, benzotriazole.

ZX-626 is an antioxidant of high performance organic phosphate. It can protect the polymer’s colour and lustr compared with other phosphates, and the result is superior. Generally, it does not apply to the polymer singly. Usually, after compositing with the phenolic main antioxidant (1010), the phosphate can increase the hot stability of a polymer in the process. It is used extensively for the PP, PE, PS polyamide polycarbonate ABS, etc.

Application

ZX-1010 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant with a highly effective non-discolouring stabilizer for organic materials. It protects these materials against thermo-oxidative degradation. ZX-1010 can be applied in polyolefins, such as PE, PP and olefin copolymers like EVA. Its use is recommended in various polymers such as POM, PA, PUR, PES, PBT, PVC, styrenic like IPS, ABS, elastomers like SBS, SEBS, EPM, and EPDM as well as synthetic rubbers, adhesives, tackifier and other organic substrates.

ZX-1010 has good compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility, and it is odourless. It can be showed in combination with other additives like costabilizers (e.g.thioesters, phosphites, phosphonices) light stabilizers and other functional stabilizers. The synergistic blends at ZX-1010 with ZX-168 have extreme performance in polymers stabilization.

Application

ZX-1076 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant with high effectiveness, and is non-discolouring, odourless with good compatibility with most substrates and high resistance to extraction.

ZX-1076 can be applied in polyolefins, such as PE, PP as well as in other polymers such as styrenics and styrene homo and copolymers such as IPS, ABS, MBS and engineering plastics such as PBT, PET and PUR, elastomers like SBS, SBR, BR, adhesives and other organic substrates.

Application

ZX-1135 is an excellent antioxidant for various polymers as well as pump-transport convenience. With low volatility and outstanding compatibility, it shows especially good effect during the process of forced air cooling of PU. This fuction can also prevent surfaces of auto parts from fogging and fabrics from staining (like furniture and carpet). The low volatility and liquid stated of ZX-1135 make it especially suitable in the polymer processing under state of liquid, latex, suspension, solution or melting. ZX-1135 can be added before, in the process or after polymerization.

The normal recommended dosage of ZX-1135 is between 0.15% and 0.5%. The pumping or injection method can reach an effective mix result. ZX-1135 is easy to be emulsified, therefore can be dissolved, dispersed, or kept in pure liquid state. Better results can be reached when its co-used with other phenolic antioxidants, substitutional aromatic amine, synergistic stabilizers (like phosphite ester, phosphate ester, alkyl sulfide, alcohol amine and lactone) and light stabilizers (like UV absorbent or hindered amine).

Application

Antioxidant ZX-1520 is a multifunctional liquid phenolic antioxidant with highly effective stabilization for organic materials such as elastomers, plastics, adhesives sealants, oils and lubricants. It acts as a new type of environmentally friendly antioxidant, it protects these materials against thermo-oxidative degradation.

It can be applied for emulsion and solution polymerized elastomers such as BR, SBR, NBR, SBS, and others. Antioxidant ZX-1520 is effective for both elastomers and blending stabilizers. It also effectively protects various adhesives, sealants, and latex applications. It is non-discoloring, non-staining, low volatile, and is stable to light and heat. It is not recommended for odour sensitive hot melting adhesives or their raw materials.

Application

ZX-3114 is a kind of tri-function group phenolic antioxidant, without pollution and colouring up. Dependent on high molecular weight and melting point, it has low volatility, low transferring, and good water extraction resistance, and it equips plastics with resistance to thermo-oxidation and light-oxidation.

ZX-3114 is suitable for PE, PP, PS, ABS, nylon, PVC, PU, cellulose and synthetic rubber, especially effective for polyolefin. When used with UV absorbent and phosphite ester, a synergistic effect can be reached, thus enhancing the thermo-stability and light stability.
